Notilog - Medready Notification Log

Read-only exploration of the Notilog archive captured by notif-ingest-server. The Express app on port 3000 is the only writer; this view (served by scripts/datasette.sh on port 8001, --immutable) is for ad-hoc queries and browsing only. Note this view shows EVERY row, including packages hidden on the Notilog screens - hiding is display-only and never deletes.
